1. Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account or using SA4S you agree to these terms. If you use SA4S on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. [Legal entity name, registration details and address to be inserted.]
2. The service
SA4S is a cloud service for sales, point of sale, inventory, purchasing, accounting and e-invoicing. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan, as shown on the pricing page.
3. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for the actions of the users you add to your company account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Free trial
A free trial lets you evaluate the platform for the period shown for your plan, without entering payment details. When the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue creating or editing documents. We do not delete your data automatically.
5. Subscription and payment states
Your company's subscription moves between these states:
- Trial: the free evaluation period.
- Active: a paid period is running.
- Past due (grace period): the paid period ended; a short grace period applies while you renew.
- Expired or cancelled: creating and editing documents is paused; you can still view and export your data and renew.
- Payments are Pending until the payment gateway confirms them, then Paid; a payment may also be Failed, Cancelled or Refunded. A subscription is activated only after the payment is verified directly with the gateway.
6. Fees and billing
Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal on the pricing page and are the amounts charged at checkout. Payments are made on the payment gateway's secure hosted page; SA4S does not receive or store card details. [Tax treatment, invoicing, renewal and refund terms to be completed.]
7. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
- You remain responsible for complying with the tax and e-invoicing regulations that apply to your business.
8. Your data
You own the data you enter. You may export it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support levels depend on your plan. [Service-level terms to be completed.]
10. Liability
[Limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers to be drafted by legal counsel.]
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You may stop using the service at any time. [Termination terms to be completed.]
12. Governing law
[Governing law and dispute resolution to be specified by legal counsel.]
